IceAgeLife

I’ve settled on an idea that keeps returning no matter what else I sketch or prototype.

IceAgeLife is an attempt to imagine how humans once lived—before abstraction, before optimization, before everything was mediated by systems we no longer see.

I’m drawn to the idea of simulating an environment rather than telling a story outright. To let daily life, scarcity, cooperation, and small decisions speak for themselves.

This isn’t about realism for its own sake. It’s about presence. About showing how survival, community, and rhythm might have felt when the world was smaller and more immediate.

The shape of the game is still forming, but the intention feels clear now. That’s enough to keep going.
