These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at sunlitgamestudio.com and the mobile app KinLife (together, the “Services”), operated by Sunlit Game Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with the Services

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

KinLife may offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone or iPad Settings: tap your name › Subscriptions.
• Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Services — including text, graphics, game assets, designs, code, and sound — is owned by Sunlit Game Studio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunlit Game Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
