All In
I've been circling this game for months. Sketching, pivoting tools, telling myself I was "in pre-production." Some of that was real work. A lot of it was hesitation dressed up as planning.
This week I stopped circling and started building. Not the polished version. Not the version I'd pitch to anyone. The real, ugly, scaffolded version where I rip things out three times before they stick. The systems are starting to talk to each other. The clan is starting to feel like a clan. There's a long way to go and most of what I write this month will get rewritten next month — and that's fine. That's the part I was avoiding.
If the website was the moment I admitted this is the project, this is the moment I started doing the work.
One world. Built slowly. But finally being built.
