Notice what works in your everyday life. Choose a small change, try it, and see whether it helps. What Feels Good uses emotion to support agency: deciding what you can do next.

Why an agency app?
Knowing how something feels is useful. It also leaves a practical question: what do you want to do about it? A routine can feel good and still leave you worse off. Something uncomfortable can matter enough to keep doing.
What Feels Good puts feeling alongside importance, whether a chosen activity is good for you, and how much influence you have over an event. These are your own assessments of your life. Together, they help you choose where to act.
Agency doesn’t mean controlling everything. When you have little say over what happens, a useful change might be asking for support, setting a boundary, or giving yourself time to recover. The aim is to find a next step within your reach.
From a pattern to a practical change
The Map helps you spot experiences you want to keep, ease off, or respond to differently. Changes gives you a place to turn that intention into an experiment.
For example, checking work messages in bed might feel reassuring while making it harder to rest. You could try putting your phone away earlier, record the nights you tried or skipped it, and review whether it helped. Then keep the change, adjust it, or finish it.
Each attempt has its own feeling and outcome. Those results stay separate from your standing assessment of the experience. You decide when that assessment should change.
How it differs from Old Feelings
Old Feelings centers on understanding and reflecting on emotions, with empathy. Its question is: “What am I feeling, and what does it mean to me?”
What Feels Good centers on agency. Its question is: “What can I change, and does that change help?” Feelings are part of the evidence, alongside benefit and personal influence. The work is choosing an adjustment and following through long enough to learn from it.
Both make room for your experience. They support different tasks: understanding an emotion, and making a practical decision about everyday life.
Personal choices, private records
